What is it about?
The project aims to empower a new generation of youth leaders by sharing methods for planning and managing youth exchange projects. Participants will explore challenges in mobility programs and enhance their skills in facilitation and project management.

Participant profile
- Must be between 18-30 years old
- Must have participated in at least one youth exchange
- Must be interested in facilitating and coordinating projects
