    Spiros

    Legal Representative
    Spiros is the founder of U-Grow,. He ensures strategic direction, legal oversight, and technical coordination - leading projects that solve community challenges through innovation. He has a solid background in volunteer leadership, has served as Sponsorship Manager for TEDxUniversityofCrete and as a Project Manager for "GreenTeam UOC". He is also an experienced backend developer.

    Anna

    Project Manager & Primary Contact
    Anna is a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in youth work and European programs. She has led and supported various large-scale initiatives in the fields of digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Since 2017, she has actively contributed to Erasmus+ projects, workshops, and intercultural programs. With a diploma in Social Economy and Entrepreneurship, Anna combines structure with social innovation to drive meaningful results.

    Christos

    Community Engagement & Local Support
    Christos has been actively involved in Athens Pride, gaining hands-on experience in event organization and community building. His passion for inclusion and equality fuels his commitment to local activism. He plays a key role in supporting the design and implementation of community-driven activities.

    Kimon

    Planning & Coordination Support
    Kimon is a Sociology student at the University of the Aegean with a strong interest in social structures and civic engagement. He previously worked with school committees in Megara, focusing on budget and logistical support. His analytical mindset and dedication strengthen our planning and coordination efforts.

    Despina

    Logistics & Operations Assistant
    Despina is a student of Interior Architecture who brings fresh energy and a detail-oriented approach to the team. She collaborates closely with Kimon to ensure smooth project logistics. Her reliability and creative problem-solving make her a valuable part of our operations.

    Where young
    changemakers begin

    GreenTeam is a group born from members of the University of Crete. We came together during the first Climathon event in Heraklion (2018), where we won first prize. We continued working together by joining forces with U.Grow, with the goal of driving change—instead of just talking about it.
