Reflections from the “Volume Up!” Study Visit in Sardinia

From 13 to 19 November 2025, our organization took part in the Study Visit “Volume Up!”, a project coordinated by SIEDAS (Slovakia) and hosted in the beautiful city of Cagliari, Sardinia, thanks to the partnership with TDM 2000. The aim of this study visit was to explore good practices within the European Solidarity Corps, connect with local organizations, and dive into the rich cultural heritage and traditions of Sardinia.

Throughout the week, we visited diverse local initiatives — from environmental and cultural associations to social enterprises — and participated in hands-on activities that highlighted the value of tradition, collaboration, and non-formal learning. This experience strengthened our skills in program design, meaningful communication, intercultural sensitivity, and international networking with youth workers from across Europe. We return enriched, inspired, and motivated to continue supporting active youth participation and fostering strong international partnerships.
