U.Grow proudly took part as an official partner in the Erasmus+ seminar “Engaging for Change”, held in Nitra, Slovakia from April 7 to 13, 2025. The project brought together 32 youth workers from various European countries, focusing on European Youth Goal #9: Space and Participation for All, while also touching on themes like inclusive societies, mental health, and a sustainable green Europe.

Through non-formal education methods — including workshops, creative presentations, group discussions, and intercultural nights — we exchanged ideas, built skills, and explored innovative participatory tools.

A key highlight was the Hackathon on April 11, where participants designed educational games using gamification techniques. These tools aim to boost youth participation in local communities and schools.

As a partner, U.Grow actively contributed to the creation of a digital toolkit full of engaging resources for youth workers and young people across Europe.

We return full of inspiration, new knowledge, and practical tools to apply in our local youth work. A huge thank you to the organizers and all the inspiring participants for this meaningful experience!
